Spiced Pear Main Background



  • 50ml of Gordon's® gin
  • 20ml bottlegreen pear and elderflower cordial
  • Root ginger – two slices
  • Apple juice – to top up
  • Lemon wedge

1.9 units of alcohol per serve

How to make

To make, assemble all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, give a vigorous wiggle and strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice. Garnish with a thin slice of pear or ginger.

Serve in a highball glass.
