2 units of alcohol per serve
Take a 10oz rocks glass and add your Gordon’s gin. Next squeeze in 20ml of gloriously zesty lime juice, stir in one teaspoon of vanilla sugar and fill with crushed ice. Give it another stir and drizzle over 20ml of Gordon’s Sloe gin, so that it soaks down through the ice. Garnish with a wedge of fresh lime.
Serve in a champagne coupette.
