How to make
A berry-laden bellini-style cocktail, with an effervescently decadent feel.
Carefully spoon the raspberry purée into a champagne glass, add the Gordon's gin and top up with champagne. Garnish with fresh or frozen raspberries.
Serve in a champagne flute.
