Drummer’s Gin Punch Background



  • 500ml Gordon's®
  • 300ml maraschino liqueur
  • 1 pineapple
  • 5 cloves
  • 1 bottle of Champagne
  • Lemon, cherries, pineapple to garnish

Each bowl serves 12 people. 1.9 units per serve.

How to make

48 hours before your party, bring together the Gordon’s and maraschino in a punch bowl with peeled, cored and sliced fresh pineapple, or two tins of pineapple, studded with a few cloves.

When ready, remove the cloves and gently blend the pineapple into the alcohol. At the last moment before serving, add your Champagne and throw in lemon wedges, cherries and pineapple pieces. Ladle into punch glasses to serve. Sensational.

Serve in punch glasses.
