- 50ml of Gordon's® (from a bottle infused with 12 dried apricots)
- 25ml sugar syrup
- 25ml lemon juice
- An orange
1.9 units of alcohol per serve
How to make
To prepare, quarter 12 or so dried apricots and drop them into a bottle of Gordon’s. Reseal, gently shake to set the apricots dancing and leave for a few days. When ready, shake the remaining ingredients together with ice, then strain into a martini cocktail glass.
Serve in a martini cocktail glass.
